Fiona MacCarthy is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, predominantly at Pfizer. Fiona served as Finance & Supply Chain Leader for the Little Island API plant in Cork from March 1999 to May 2010, followed by various senior roles including Senior Director and Vice President within Pfizer Global Supply, overseeing operations and financial management for numerous manufacturing plants. Currently, Fiona holds the position of Board Member at Pfizer Healthcare India Private Ltd and serves as Vice President for Pfizer Global Supply Finance in Global Sterile Injectables & Biotech. Prior to joining Pfizer, Fiona gained valuable experience at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor, Cargill as a European Internal Auditor, and Eircom in financial reporting roles. Fiona is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork.
