Frank Serban

Frank Serban, MBA, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on oncology and immunology. Beginning as an Oncology Specialist at PRAECIS Pharmaceuticals, Frank effectively promoted treatments for late-stage prostate cancer, contributing to product access and reimbursement processes. At CELGENE CORPORATION, Frank demonstrated a strong ability to drive brand awareness and new patient acquisition, leading to recognition in the East/West New Patient Challenge. Frank further advanced career at Astellas Pharma, where as a Senior Executive Hospital Sales Representative II Certified Field Trainer and later as a Senior Oncology Key Account Manager, achievements included driving growth in advanced cancer products and maintaining key account relationships. Currently, Frank serves as a Senior Oncology Account Manager at Pfizer, continuing to manage oncology accounts and facilitating product access.
