Fred Katbi

Fred Katbi, PharmD, RPh, is a Field Medical Affairs Scientist at Pfizer, currently working to advance healthcare innovations. A third-year PharmD candidate, Fred has completed two co-op placements in a hospital and an addiction treatment center, where they developed valuable skills in patient care. Fred's educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Management and Innovation from Queen's University. Additionally, Fred has experience as a Pharmacy Assistant and has held roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. They express a keen interest in the role of pharmacists in re-emerging psychedelic therapies for mental health treatment.
