Gabi Licata is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in identity governance and audit roles. Currently serving as the Director of Identity Governance at Pfizer since June 2016, Gabi leads strategic initiatives to enhance the global identity governance model, focusing on policy management, risk oversight, and compliance metrics. Prior to this role, Gabi held various positions at Grant Thornton LLP, including Senior Manager of Digital Hosting Solutions Product Management and Senior Associate in the Special Attestation Reporting Group. Gabi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Management, from Saint Joseph's University in 2012.
