Goedele Dours

Goedele Dours is an experienced medical professional with a diverse background in occupational health and corporate medical leadership. Dours served as a Medical Manager at Arista from August 2001 to July 2006, followed by a role as an Occupational Health Physician at IDEWE until August 2001. From July 2006 to December 2013, Dours held dual director positions at GlaxoSmithKline, overseeing Global Health and Performance as well as European Employee Health & Wellbeing. Subsequent roles include Acting Chief Medical Officer at International Flavors & Fragrances, EMEA Director at DuPont, and Key Medical Director at Sanofi. Currently, Dours is the Managing Partner at FISC-PROTECT and serves as the Director of the internal medical department at Pfizer. Dours obtained degrees in General Medicine and Occupational Health from KU Leuven, completing the latter in 1997.
