Gretchen Fox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director in various capacities at Pfizer since June 2014, including roles as Chief of Staff for the U.S. Commercial Office and Global Launch Lead for RSV Vaccines. Gretchen has held multiple leadership positions focused on marketing and business operations, with a background in oncology and hematology franchises.
