Ian Tolis

Ian Tolis is a Senior Associate Scientist at Pfizer, where they focus on protein mass spectrometry to identify and characterize small molecule binders. They graduated from Bates College in 2022 with a B.S. in biochemistry, concentrating in physics and religious studies, and were actively involved as a four-year varsity baseball player and as a board member of the Bates Chemical Society and the Bates Public Health Initiative. Prior to their current role, Ian gained research experience at Bates College as a Solid-State Chemistry Research Intern and participated in various internships related to operations and biomedical research.
