Ignacio San Martin

Ignacio San Martin is a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with Pfizer. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience for Costa Rica and Central America, Ignacio previously led talent acquisition across Emerging Markets, designing initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion. Ignacio's prior roles include significant positions in talent acquisition management at Pfizer and expertise in recruitment divisions at Page Personnel and Michael Page. Ignacio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and continues ongoing education at Instituto Oriente.
