Inara Vargas

Inara Vargas has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Laboratórios Pfizer since March 1998. Inara is responsible for the design and implementation of training programs for representatives and managers, alongside providing coaching support to district managers to enhance the development of regional managers. Prior to this role, Inara worked as a representative at Novartis from August 1996 to August 1998. Inara holds a law degree from Universidade de São Paulo, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
