Isa Cools is currently the Production Team Lead at the Vaccines plant for Pfizer in Puurs. They have previously held the role of Production Engineer and completed an international assignment as a Production Engineer at Pfizer McPherson in 2019. Isa began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Heijmans and worked as bar staff at Trefpunt vzw during their studies. They earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Ghent University, where they also conducted research as a Master Thesis Student at VIB.
