James Ma is an Executive Director of Business Technology & Innovation at dMed Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where they are responsible for developing and implementing information technology strategies to enhance the company's competitive edge. Currently, James serves as the Shanghai Site Lead for the Pfizer DevOps CoE Information Management team, providing operational oversight and acting as a liaison for business process enhancements.
