James Jean has extensive experience in the logistics and operations field, currently serving as the Sr. Director of North America Operations at Pfizer since July 2016. Previous roles at Pfizer include North America Operations Lead, Director of Global Temperature Control Logistics, and several positions focused on temperature control and transport validation. Prior to rejoining Pfizer, James held key logistics roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb from June 2010 to July 2016, including Global Logistics Temperature Control Manager and Clinical Supplies Project Manager. James began a career in project management with Pfizer from 2009 to 2010. Academically, James holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science from Ursinus College.
