Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith is a Principal Scientist at Pfizer, where they have worked since 1992, supporting antibacterial small molecule discovery and researching mechanisms of action and resistance for therapeutics. With a background as a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 1988 to 1992, Jamie examined transcription factor III-A and managed laboratory operations. Jamie holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an AS in Math and Science from Jefferson Community College.
