Janice Lamb

Janice Lamb is currently the Director, Safety Risk Lead, Rare Disease at Pfizer, bringing over 20 years of experience in clinical drug development, safety surveillance, and risk management. Janice's expertise spans various therapeutic indications, with a current focus on haemophilia and gene therapy. With a PhD in Atherosclerosis from The University of Reading and a BSc in Pharmacology & Immunology from Strathclyde University, Janice has shown proven leadership and effective communication skills in cross-functional discussions and presentations to senior stakeholders. Prior experiences include positions at GSK as a Clinical Research Specialist and as a Director in the Medicines Development Group at Pfizer. Janice completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California San Diego.
