Jason Hesse

Jason Hesse is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of cross-functional biotechnology experience, focusing on Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain in GMP environments. They have held significant positions at Roche, Genentech, and Seagen, most recently serving as Director of Internal Manufacturing at Pfizer. Their expertise includes managing clinical and commercial production, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring emerging leaders. Currently, Hesse is pursuing an MBA in Finance while holding a B.S. in Microbiology and a B.A. in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
