Jeba Kumar

Jeba Kumar is a Senior Director and Head of Standards CoE and Statistical Programming Infrastructure with nearly two decades of experience in drug development. Jeba specializes in transforming data into meaningful insights to accelerate life-saving treatments and leads initiatives to integrate open-source technologies and AI/ML in data analytics. Previously, Jeba has held positions at Novartis, Tata Consultancy Services, Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, and Quintiles, where they focused on clinical programming, operational strategies, and process improvements. Currently, Jeba serves as the Director & Head of Statistical Data Sciences & Analytics at Pfizer, overseeing the establishment of a statistical programming team and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Jeba holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from CSI College of Engineering.
