Jeff Easton

Jeff Easton has extensive experience in instructional design and training development, beginning with a role as an Instructional Designer at SAIC from January 2001 to January 2005. Following this, Jeff served as an Instructional Analyst at KRATOS Defense and Security Solutions from March 2008 to June 2011, and later held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions from June 2011 to November 2015. From January 2016 to June 2019, Jeff worked as a Senior Contract Instructional Designer at Pfizer, focusing on blended learning for Clinical Trial Management System training. Currently, since June 2019, Jeff holds the title of Training Development Lead, Associate Director at Pfizer, where responsibilities include developing training solutions and performance support systems for various clinical development roles. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University.
