Jennifer Procopio is a dynamic learning experience design professional with over 15 years of experience in creating and facilitating engaging, learner-centric training programs that yield measurable results. They have held key positions at major companies such as Pfizer, where they are currently a Senior Manager Learning Experience Designer, and at Seagen as a Senior Learning Experience Designer focusing on change management. Previously, Jennifer has also worked at Everly Health as a Learning Experience Design/Training Manager and at MEDITECH in sales support and instructional design roles. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Springfield College.
