Jérôme Leau is currently the Regional Manager for the Hospital Business Unit at Pfizer France, where they implement strategies and develop their team's capabilities in therapeutic fields such as antibiotics and antifungals. Previously, they held roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they excelled in sales and client management, notably overseeing significant portfolio growth. As a freelance trainer and co-author, Jérôme has contributed to the development of sales processes in various industries and has taught at the University of Savoie. They hold a Master's degree in Marketing/Sales from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
