Jill Cusick

Jill Cusick is an experienced professional in organizational development and people experience, currently serving at Pfizer since April 2024. Previously, Jill held the role of Chief People Officer at Talkiatry from February 2022 to April 2024, where significant contributions included building the people function and achieving multiple workplace certifications. As Senior Vice President at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness from February 2021 to February 2022, Jill led HR and talent initiatives across two advertising agencies.
