Jill Limberg, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, is the Director of Field Medical Outcomes at Pfizer, where they focus on improving care outcomes for rare disease patients in California and Nevada. With nearly 15 years of experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy and managed care, Jill is dedicated to closing care gaps in areas such as cardiac amyloidosis and sickle cell disease. They previously held critical roles, including Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist at Sharp HealthCare and Clinical Pharmacist Educator at UWorld RxPrep.
