They currently serve as a Senior Operations Manager at Pfizer, overseeing process performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, John held leadership positions at companies such as Biogen, Alkermes, and 42° North Solutions, where they contributed to tech transfers, documentation development, and operational excellence. John’s expertise spans both upstream and downstream manufacturing processes, and they have a strong background in mentoring and developing personnel. They continue to pursue education at Northeastern University.
