John Woolcott is a Global Senior Medical Director and Team Lead for Velsipity UC, currently leading initiatives in the medical field. They have extensive experience in health economics, having served as a Health Economist at both The British Columbia Centre for Disease Control and The University of British Columbia. Woolcott has held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including Global Medical Director for Gastroenterology, where they focused on inflammation and immunology. They earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, followed by a Master of Arts in Economics from Carleton University and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of British Columbia.
