Jon Archer is currently the Head of the International Developed Markets Execution Hub at Pfizer, where they established and lead a multinational Regulatory Operations hub with over 150 professionals. Prior to this, Jon held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including Head of International Growth and Head of Europe for Submissions Management, where they spearheaded global transformation projects and advanced regulatory strategies. Jon earned their Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Kent and holds a Bachelor's degree in Geographical Science from the University of Portsmouth.
