Jonathan Chaves

Jonathan Chaves is an experienced professional in the field of identity and access management with a diverse background in system engineering and support. Most recently, Chaves served as the Active Directory Services Manager at Pfizer, following a role as IAM Manager at Pan-American Life Insurance Group. Prior experience includes significant positions at Roche as a Sr. Specialist in Directories and Identity Management and at BAC|Credomatic Network as a Senior Active Directory Engineer, focusing on critical system support and administration. Chaves has also held security and engineering roles at Electronic Data Systems and academic support roles at Universidad Fundepos de Costa Rica. Chaves holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Costarricense.
