Julio Díaz is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in Business Services Centres, specializing in Finance, Project Management, People Management, Client and Change Management. Formerly a Senior Project Manager at Citi and Finance Project Manager at Procter & Gamble, Díaz has a proven track record in leading teams and executing strategic projects across regions. Currently serving as the San Jose Site & Transformation Lead, they are focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. Díaz holds a Master’s degree in Local Development from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and a Licentiate in Agricultural Economics from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
