Julio Valentin is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Kindeva Drug Delivery since January 2022, Julio has held various leadership roles at Pfizer from May 2004, including Manager of Drug Product Manufacturing and Manufacturing Project Leader. In these capacities, Julio has successfully managed multiple product transfer projects and major facility developments. Prior to Pfizer, Julio worked at Baxter Healthcare for over 14 years, taking on roles such as Senior Principal Industrial Engineer and QA/RA Process Leader for the Intercontinental Region, where significant contributions were made to cost reduction and quality assurance initiatives across multiple countries. Julio holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both obtained from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
