Jungyeon Hwang

Jungyeon Hwang is currently the Director of Vaccine Formulation Development at Pfizer in Pearl River, New York. With a robust background in synthetic chemistry and drug delivery formulation, they have contributed to the preclinical and clinical development of small molecules and oligonucleotide drugs, utilizing targeted drug delivery formulations. Hwang has held various significant roles, including Senior Scientist II at Cerulean Pharma Inc., Associate Research Fellow at Pfizer, and Head of Formulations at PureTech Health. They completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis, as well as a PhD in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
