Justin Crane is an experienced leader in metabolic disease research and development, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Pfizer. They possess a deep expertise in obesity and cardiometabolic disease therapeutics, with a focus on drug discovery and innovative research strategies. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Principal Scientist at Northeastern University and as a Post-doctoral fellow at McMaster University, where they led research on adipose tissue metabolism and cellular mechanisms of wound healing. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Rutgers University, followed by a Master of Science in Human Bioenergetics from Ball State University, and a Ph.D. in Cell Biology of Aging from McMaster University.
