Karin Tollefson

Karin Tollefson is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Chief Oncology Medical Officer at Pfizer since December 2023 and as a Board Member at Verastem Oncology since May 2023. Previously, Karin held senior leadership roles at Seagen, including Sr. Vice-President and Global Head of Medical Affairs, as well as Vice President of Medical Affairs at Nektar Therapeutics. Karin's extensive tenure at Eli Lilly and Company spans various positions, including Sr. Director in the Global Medical Affairs Oncology Business Unit and roles focused on oncology transformation and operations. Additionally, Karin's experience includes leadership positions at Amylin Pharmaceuticals and a background in neuroscience product development. Karin earned a Pharm D from The University of Kansas and completed undergraduate studies in Pre-Pharmacy at Kansas State University.
