Khrystyna North

Khrystyna North is a highly skilled scientist and computational biologist with extensive experience in genomics, proteomics, and data analysis. Beginning as an NSF REU Student at the University of Vermont and Louisiana Tech University, Khrystyna progressed to a Ph.D. student at Fred Hutch, focusing on high throughput data analysis and bioengineering. Subsequent roles include Scientist I at NanoString Technologies, where Khrystyna led data analysis projects and collaborations, and Scientist at Seagen, integrating diverse data types to explore drug sensitivity mechanisms. Currently, as a Senior Computational Biologist at Pfizer, Khrystyna applies AI and machine learning to study Antibody Drug Conjugates. Proficiencies include RNA-seq analysis, experimental design, and high throughput screen design and analysis.
