Lara Fallon

Lara Fallon is a Senior Director of Global Medical Affairs in Rheumatology, currently leading initiatives at Pfizer. They have extensive experience in medical affairs, having previously served as a Global Medical Director for Rheumatology and held various roles in immunology and inflammation. Lara began their academic journey at the College of the Holy Cross, earning a B.A. in Chemistry, and continued on to obtain a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Duke University. Their career includes post-doctoral fellowships at Harvard Medical School and The Montreal Neurological Institute, as well as a position as a Research Scientist in Cellular Biology at Neurochem.
