Lauren L. has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving at Pfizer since October 2001 in various roles focused on early clinical development, digital implementation, and drug safety research and development. As the Co-Lead and SAFe Release Train Engineer, Lauren has spearheaded a transformation program to digitize processes, enhancing efficiency and data integrity. Previous positions include leadership in designing a Data Integrity program and implementing change management strategies to optimize performance within Drug Safety R&D.
