Leslie Amass is a Senior Director in Rare Disease Global Medical Affairs at Pfizer, where they have been leading efforts in the Global THAOS Registry and Real World Evidence since 2012. With a robust background in neuroscience and psychiatry, Leslie has held positions at institutions such as the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where they served as an Assistant Professor and Director, and Merck, where they were a Global Medical Director. Leslie earned a Ph.D. and an MA in Experimental and Physiological Psychology from Boston University and completed a BS in Psychobiology at UCLA. With 19 years of strategic leadership experience, they are dedicated to advancing medical affairs in rare diseases.
