Lin Hua is currently the IMEx Design and Deployment Lead at Viatris, a position held since 2020. Previously, Lin held various roles at Pfizer in 2013, including Lean Deployment Leader and Global IMEx Design and Deployment Lead of Upjohn. Lin earned a Master's degree in Pharmacy Administration from Shengyang Pharmaceutical University between 1988 and 1992.
