Linda Amba

Linda Amba, MBA, is an accomplished Operations and Strategy Leader with over 12 years of experience driving operational excellence across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, and humanitarian aid. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Pfizer since 2020, Linda supports compliance risk management and the implementation of corporate programs throughout East Africa. Previously, Linda held key roles as Head of Operations at Iconet Solutions Ltd and Customer Support Operations Manager at EGM Securities, where they focused on improving processes, stakeholder management, and financial oversight. Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Kenya Institute of Management.
