Ling Mei

Ling Mei, also known as Lynx Goh, is a Continuous Improvement leader with over 9 years of experience in operational excellence and change management. They previously served as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Pfizer and have held various positions such as Senior Opex Specialist and Process Manager, where they implemented several successful projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Ling Mei earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering with honors from Nanyang Technological University, where they also worked as a Student Assistant.
