Lisa Bolender is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in engineering and capital project management. Currently serving as Manager of Project Management at Pfizer since May 2020, Lisa leads the Capital Project Engineering Team, successfully managing a portfolio of 13 active projects and achieving a 100% on-time completion rate within budget. Prior experience includes significant roles at Lee Industrial Contracting as a Project Manager, and at Marriott Walker Corporation in engineering capacities, overseeing custom spray drying projects and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Lisa’s background is further strengthened by previous roles at Unilever in category technology and project delivery engineering, where innovative strategies were implemented to enhance safety and efficiency. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering with a focus on Food Engineering from Michigan State University.
