Lucy Horton, MD, MPH, is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases with a strong focus on global health and viral immunology. After graduating from Tufts University School of Medicine, Lucy completed clinical training at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and UC San Diego. With extensive international experience in West Africa and India, Lucy has been involved in significant research and clinical projects, including leading contact tracing efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and founding the Post-COVID Care Clinic at UC San Diego Health. Currently, Lucy serves as an Associate Director in Vaccines Research & Development at Pfizer and is committed to community outreach and non-profit service work in San Diego and Baja, Mexico.
