Luisa Barraza

Luisa Barraza is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at Pfizer, currently serving as Vice President of People Experience and Organizational Development. Starting from August 2002, Luisa has held various leadership roles, including establishing the Organizational Development function for the Oncology Division post Pfizer-Seagen integration and launching Pfizer's first enterprise rewards and recognition program. Luisa's innovative contributions include leading the Idea Sprint Lab to enhance human-centered solutions across multiple departments, driving significant cost savings, and transforming the HR organization. Prior to Pfizer, Luisa worked at GE as an Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Process Designer. Luisa holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
