Manasvi Arya

Manasvi Arya is a seasoned professional in technical program management, currently serving as a Technical Program Manager for AI & Data Analytics at Pfizer since April 2025. Additionally, Manasvi is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, providing insights to enhance content related to management and leadership. Prior experience includes significant roles at PCGI Consulting, where Manasvi progressed from a Senior Technical Program Manager to a Sr. Business & Data Analyst between October 2016 and April 2025. Earlier career foundations were built as a Business Analyst Intern at The Orange Mile and various positions at The George Washington University, including Graduate Student Assistant and Lab Technician. Manasvi holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
