Mark Collinge has extensive work experience in scientific research and academia. Mark began their career as a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University from 1994 to 1996. Mark then joined Yale University School of Medicine as a Research Faculty member from 1996 to 2008. During this time, they established himself as a dedicated and accomplished researcher. In 2008, they transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and joined Pfizer as a Principal Scientist. Mark steadily moved up in the company, becoming a Senior Principal Scientist in 2012 and an Associate Research Fellow in 2015. Currently, Mark holds the position of Global Head of Immunotoxicology at Pfizer, a role they started in March 2019.
Mark Collinge has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained from 1982 to 1985. Mark then pursued a PhD at The University of Edinburgh from 1985 to 1988. After completing their PhD, Mark attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 1989 to 1994.
