Mary Bauer

Mary Bauer is a Senior Manager of Policies and Procedures at Pfizer, where they oversee GMP gene therapy clinical operations and represent Quality in cross-functional teams. Prior to their current role, Mary served in various capacities, including Lead Scientist and Senior Auditor at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they supervised teams and ensured compliance in laboratory settings. They also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Auditor at Magellan Laboratories Inc. and worked as a Volatile Chemist at EnCo Environmental Corporation and IEA. Mary began their career as a Scientist at Cardinal Health and is currently pursuing further education at Central Michigan University.
