Mathivanan N, PhD, is a pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in global drug development, specializing in injectable pharmaceutical development at Pfizer since 2012. Earlier, they worked as a Research Scientist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they focused on developing various dosage forms, including innovative ophthalmic products and delayed-release systems. Mathivanan's career also includes roles as a Techno Marketing Manager at SPI Pharma and a Research Executive at Orchid Pharma, where they pioneered formulations for multiple drug types. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Sciences and have completed a Senior Leaders' Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Currently, Mathivanan is furthering their education in the management of innovation and intellectual property at IISc.
