Matthew Woods is a retired Senior Packaging Engineer who accumulated over twenty-three years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare packaging and labeling sectors, primarily with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Throughout their career, Matthew managed teams and collaborated effectively with various levels of management while demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise. They held several roles at Pfizer, including Senior Manager in the Pharmaceuticals Group and Sr. Packaging Project Manager, contributing to successful product launches and ongoing brand management. Matthew's early career included positions at Ciba-Geigy and Johnson & Johnson, where they honed their packaging and production management skills. Matthew earned a BS in Packaging Science/Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
