Megan Brown

Megan Brown is a Senior Director of Medical Access Strategy Genitourinary, currently leading initiatives at Pfizer. Previously, they served as the Associate Director of Pharmacy at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, overseeing clinical operations and a significant operational budget. With experience as a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Megan implemented cost-saving measures and enhanced safety protocols in hematology-oncology care. Earlier in their career, they held various roles in the US Army, including Battalion Chemical Officer, where they provided critical logistical and operational support in combat zones. Megan earned a PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire.
