Megan Sharp is currently a Tech Transfer Manager at Pfizer, where they oversee the technology transfer of clinical and commercial monoclonal antibody drug substance intermediate programs. With a background as an Engineer in Training (EIT), they have held several roles at Pfizer, including Gene Therapy Supervisor and Process Technology Manager, focusing on continuous process verification and improvement for gene therapy programs. Previously, Megan contributed to research as an NSF REU Research Fellow at Virginia Tech and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Georgia.
