Melissa Schepacarter

Melissa Schepacarter, MBA, MA, currently serves as the Director of Portfolio & Program Management in the Chief Marketing Office at Pfizer, with additional roles including Rare Hemophilia GTx Patient Marketing Lead and Rare Hemophilia GTx Consumer Marketing Director since December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director for US Oncology Patient Marketing Lead in Melanoma & GI at Bristol Myers Squibb from April 2021 to December 2022. At Merck, from April 2015 to April 2021, Melissa held several positions including Associate Director for US Consumer Oncology Promotions and US Consumer Patient Support Strategy in Immunology. Earlier in the career, Melissa was a Marketing Operations Specialist at Incyte from July 2011 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rutgers School of Business–Camden, an MA in Communication from La Salle University, and a BA in History and Theater Arts from Rutgers University.
