Mert Ceyhan is currently the Global Medical Director for Sickle Cell Disease and Inclacumab at Pfizer, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Global Medical Lead for the same area, as well as holding various roles including Regional Medical Director for Rare Diseases across East Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Mert began their career at Pfizer in 2008 as a Group Manager and has also worked as a Clinical Project Manager and Medical Manager. Mert earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Hacettepe Üniversitesi and went on to obtain a Medical Pharmacologist degree from Gazi Üniversitesi, followed by a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Medicine from Hibernia College.
