Michael Counce

Michael Counce, CPA, possesses extensive experience in tax advisory and accounting roles across prominent companies. At FedEx Services from October 2010 to June 2015, Michael contributed as a Tax Advisor specializing in transportation tax and executive compensation, and later served as a Senior Tax Accountant focusing on state income, franchise taxes, and federal income tax compliance. From June 2015 to May 2019, Michael worked at Pfizer, initially as a Federal Tax Advisor managing federal tax provisions and compliance, and progressed to the role of Tax Manager, overseeing federal compliance, R&D tax credits, and state tax compliance during mergers and acquisitions. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Memphis.
